Everywhere Else: You will be invoiced once the weight and cost have been determined to ship your order. This must be paid before your order ships.

Most orders will fall into the 'up to' bracket. The heaviest things to order are bath bombs and bubble bars; as per batch they run about 2kg in weight; whereas a batch of scrubs or cremes will weight around 1.8kg per batch. Please keep this in mind as they can greatly increase your shipping weight if you are ordering outside the UK.

The shopping cart will allow you to choose whether you wish your order to be insured or uninsured. It is up to YOU. Outside the UK/EU,we will NOT cover or replace damaged items you have chosen not to insure.

Orders to the EU

Most orders can be shipped in one box but many times due to weight it will need to be broken up into two boxes. Most couriers will not accept boxes that weigh over 40kg so we break things up to make the shipment less inclined to damage or problems.

If your order is heavier than the postage you have prepaid then you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. This must be paid before your order leaves us.

Custom Scents & Products

If there is a custom scent you want that we do not carry we can specially mix it for you, you can even name it yourself. The charge for this is £25.00 per custom scent/ name (one-time charge only)

If you wish to change the name of one of our existing scents to something that would be exclusive for you then the charge is also £25.00 since we would need to print special labels for you.

If there is a product we do not carry that you want developed then the price would vary depending on whether we currently hold existing safety and toxicology certificates for the formulation.

If it is to be a new formulation and would require additional testing and development then prices start at £250.00 per product.

If it is something we already hold a formulation and safety testing for then you'd be looking at a start of £50.00 per product.

Own Branding

Do you wish to have your own brand of products made with our formulas but done with your logo? We can do this too and prices will vary depending on how many products you want and how many scents, packaging, etc. Please contact us for a quote.

We ship using double wall boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and potato starch peanuts. When possible we try to recycle our packing materials that we use.


Goods in stock are shipped immediately otherwise orders are shipped within 5 working days of cleared payment. Items may be returned and money refunded or the item will be replaced if damages that are obviously from production or packaging occur. The company does not take responsibility for damages caused by improper use or by shipping. At all times, feel free to contact us through any of our contact points for assistance or advice. We are a multilingual company and strive to keep the highest quality both of goods and service.

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods back to the Company. Once the product is received into the Company, and it has been verified that the product remains in a saleable condition, you will be refunded. It is recommended that ALL returns are sent to the Company by Recorded Delivery. No refunds will be released without the return of product.

Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.

If the products that you receive are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must return them to the Company within 14 days of receiving them. In these cases, you will be offered an exchange where possible, replacement with the correct product or a full refund after receipt of the returned products. In these three instances the Company will refund the Customer for the postage costs of return.

It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. For all other returns routes, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.

If you return your item to a Kaneya shop and you'd like a refund but don't have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we'll give you a gift card to the value of the current selling price.

If you return the item to us by any other method, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items you've purchased during Clearance and Price Match events.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
