Q: How Often should I use this?
Once a week or twice a week should be enough for sensitive skin. You can use more frequently for normal skin. This lightly exfoliates so there is no need for a scrub so avoid using too often.
Q: When should I mask my skin?
You would apply mask on a very clean face so after you have cleansed and toned your skin.

Goods in stock are shipped immediately otherwise orders are shipped within 5 working days of cleared payment. Items may be returned and money refunded or the item will be replaced if damages that are obviously from production or packaging occur. The company does not take responsibility for damages caused by improper use or by shipping. At all times, feel free to contact us through any of our contact points for assistance or advice. If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods back to the Company. Once the product is received into the Company, and it has been verified that the product remains in a saleable condition, you will be refunded. It is recommended that ALL returns are sent to the Company by Recorded Delivery. No refunds will be released without the return of product.
Unless faulty, this should be within 14 days of receiving your order. Please pack it appropriately and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. We will refund you within 30 days after receiving a cancellation notice.
If the products that you receive are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must return them to the Company within 14 days of receiving them. In these cases, you will be offered an exchange where possible, replacement with the correct product or a full refund after receipt of the returned products. In these three instances the Company will refund the Customer for the postage costs of return.
It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. For all other returns routes, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.
If you return your item to a Kaneya shop and you'd like a refund but don't have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we'll give you a gift card to the value of the current selling price.
If you return the item to us by any other method, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items you've purchased during Clearance and Price Match events.
